Since 1985 Sport Meisel has been your specialist sports store in Saxony and Bavaria – with the ambition to advise you properly, not off the shelf. Alongside a wide range for winter sports, outdoor, fitness and team sports, we specialise in individual fit: custom ski boots (AquaNovoBoot) are made on site; running and hiking shoes we select for you and fit individually to your foot. At six locations, experienced athletes advise you in person – by athletes, for athletes.

AquaNovoBoot is a patented custom ski boot system (invented by Albrecht Zeisler) that we offer as the exclusive AquaNovoBoot dealer in Saxony. The boot is fitted individually to your foot instead of forcing your foot into a standard boot – this solves pressure points, cold feet and loss of power and is especially suited to problem feet. The fitting takes only about 60 minutes, with a fit guarantee.

Three areas: custom ski boots with AquaNovoBoot, made-to-measure running shoes based on a 3D foot scan and gait analysis, and made-to-measure hiking boots. For us, "made to measure" means precise analysis and individual adjustment of insole, lacing and fit – not a medical aid on prescription, but the shoe that truly suits your foot. All made-to-measure fittings are by appointment.

Yes, made-to-measure fittings are strictly by appointment – so we have time and calm for you. The process: anamnesis and analysis (foot measurement, plus a 3D scan or treadmill video analysis depending on the shoe), selection and individual adjustment, then a test run. We measure how you really move: with the SHOOIQ system, a 3D foot scan and treadmill video analysis we objectively capture foot strike, roll-off, pronation and load. From this we determine the right shoe type and individually adjust insole, lacing and fit. We advise brand-independently – including ASICS, Salomon, Adidas and Nike – and recommend what suits your foot, not what happens to be in stock.

That is exactly our strength. For wide, narrow, high or sensitive feet, for overpronation, or for complaints in the knee, heel, Achilles tendon and back, we find the right shoe through analysis and fitting – for ski boots with AquaNovoBoot and a fit guarantee. We don’t replace a doctor: acute or persistent complaints belong in medical hands; we reduce misalignment through the right choice of shoe.

Yes. Our ski service tunes skis and snowboards on the Reichmann SF-4 professional machine, including individual base structuring. With our own printing machine we finish outdoor, work and club clothing – with a logo on request. We also offer Blåkläder workwear as well as complete club outfitting and teamwear.

And with "Ski Trips & Ski Test" we get you onto the slopes: organised trips where you can test the latest equipment first-hand.
