How quickly can I get an appointment with you?

You can arrange an appointment with us at any time. We do our best to invite you as quickly as possible, ideally within 3 to 5 working days of your enquiry. During peak season it may occasionally take a little longer, but we always make every effort to accommodate you at short notice. Please send us your details in advance via our custom ski boot contact form so that we can prepare everything for your visit and speed up the process internally.

Can I come to you from anywhere in Germany?

Yes, of course you can! Our shop is located in Limbach-Oberfrohna, very close to Chemnitz, which is the 2025 Capital of Culture. Thanks to the excellent connection to the A4 motorway, we are easy to reach. We have already welcomed customers from all over Germany, including from cities such as Chemnitz, Dresden, Zwickau, Gera, Erfurt, Eisenach, Berlin, Rostock, Potsdam and Magdeburg. Skiers from places further afield such as Frankfurt, as well as from countries like Norway and Sweden, are also among our satisfied customers. If you need an overnight stay, we are happy to help you find suitable accommodation in a hotel or holiday apartment. Just come and visit us!

How is a ski boot like this made?

In short:

Albrecht Zeisler, the inventor of this revolutionary technique, which he had patented, guides you through the impressive procedure, which is completed in just ten minutes. The key to success lies in the individual foot analysis, the precise measurement of the feet and the selection of the right shell, before the boots go into the oven to be heated and a custom-made footbed is created in the silicone sand bed.

The AquaNovoBoot, which is fitted using a combination of air and water pressure, offers a fit and comfort never seen before, with a tension-free shell and an individually adapted tongue that allows excellent pressure distribution. Particularly remarkable is that no reworking is needed; customers can leave the shop with their custom-foamed ski boots within just 60 minutes.

I have problems with my feet! Which problem areas can be resolved?

Problems with ski boots often arise from:

• Small, narrow feet combined with strong, powerful calves
• Powerful, wide feet and thin lower legs
• Feet that deviate extremely from the so-called “standard shape”, e.g. fallen arches, valgus feet, splayfeet, hollow feet, sickle feet (incidentally, 80 percent of people do not have a “standard foot”!)
• A weak forefoot arch, which can result in a “forward-lean intolerance”. This means that excessive pressure on the ball of the foot makes the feet go numb and causes the sole of the foot to tingle and burn, even though the ski boot otherwise fits well.
• Powerful to overweight skiers: the feet are subjected to significantly greater strain, especially in the forefoot area. This hurts. In addition, the arch of the foot is often “pressed down”, and the foot rolls inwards, so that the ankles ache. With a powerful calf, the cuff is usually too tight, so that the boot is not only difficult to close but also restricts circulation. This can lead to very painful pressure points or chafed skin and blisters.
