No. We select and individually fit standard running shoes to your foot and running style – based on 3D foot scan, gait analysis and video analysis.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. The running shoe consultation is by appointment only, so we can take our time for your analysis and fitting.

What does the gait analysis cost?

The analysis is part of our consultation. We discuss the exact framework and any offsetting against a shoe purchase when you book.

How long does an appointment take?

Allow enough time for anamnesis, foot analysis, video analysis, test running and adjustment – we’ll tell you the suitable framework in advance.

Is it worth it for beginners too?

Yes. Especially at the start, the right shoe prevents misalignment and frustration – but ambitious runners also benefit from fine adjustment.

Which running shoe brands do I get?

We advise brand-independently and carry ASICS, Salomon, Adidas and Nike, among others – what matters is the fit, not the logo.

Can the analysis also help with knee or back pain?

Often yes. Many complaints are linked to unsuitable shoes or misalignment, which we detect and address through shoe choice and fitting.

What should I bring to the appointment?

Ideally your current running shoes and functional clothing you can move normally in.
