Custom Ski Boot: Process & Appointment

Here's how your AquaNovoBoot is made – relax and secure your personal appointment at one of our three centers.

Consultation and fitting of your custom ski boot are by appointment only – that way we can take undisturbed time for the perfect fit. Send us your request and we'll get back to you shortly.

To your AquaNovoBoot in 5 steps

1. Request & homework

You send us your key details (height, weight, rider type, current ski boot) and two photos of your feet. That saves valuable time on site.

2. Appointment confirmation

We confirm your preferred appointment at one of our three AquaNovoBoot centers: Limbach-Oberfrohna, Schwarzenberg or Marktredwitz.

3. Foot analysis on site

We precisely measure your foot, calf and stance and discuss your wishes and any problem areas.

4. Manufacturing in about 60 minutes

Your AquaNovoBoot is created right on site – warm, waterproof and adjusted to the millimeter, with a custom-made 3D footbed.

5. Take it and hit the slopes

You take your finished custom ski boot with you straight away – including a fit guarantee.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an appointment for the fitting?

Yes. Consultation and manufacturing only take place by appointment, so we have undisturbed time for your perfect fit.

How long does the manufacturing take?

The AquaNovoBoot manufacturing takes about 60 minutes on site. Including the consultation, plan for around 90 minutes in total.

What should I bring to the appointment?

Your usual ski socks, your own footbeds if you have them – and some time. We'll take care of the rest on site.

Which stores have AquaNovoBoot?

At the three AquaNovoBoot centers Limbach-Oberfrohna, Schwarzenberg and Marktredwitz (Bavaria).

Custom boot production

Your appointment for your AquaNovoBoot

Production takes approx. 60 minutes. Afterwards you take your boot straight home or to the slope.
