The Reichmann SF-4 RACE is the newest member of the service machines. Ski service at the highest level and currently the only machine of its kind in Germany. From the ambitious winter sports enthusiast to the racer, we offer our professional ski, snowboard, cross-country and race service. Many years of experience and the latest technologies set our service apart. A twin-stone module ensures perfect, unparalleled results. This is how we provide you with optimally prepared equipment for perfect skiing enjoyment. Depending on riding style, requirements and skill level, the ski is tuned precisely to your needs.

Stone grinding for alpine skis

The two 165 mm wide grinding stones with matching dressing systems allow extremely efficient processing of the skis. With the two grinding stones mounted in parallel, the pre-grind and structure grind of the skis are carried out in just one pass. This means a considerable time saving compared with other service machines.

Stone grinding for snowboards

The most varied structures for skis and snowboards can be ground on the 350 mm wide stone. This gives the equipment optimal gliding properties and guarantees satisfied customers. When processing skis, pre-grind and finish structures can be worked on in parallel with high efficiency.

Edge grinding for alpine skis

Thanks to HQT edge technology, you get precise, burr-free and ride-ready skis and snowboards while treating the material gently. This caters to a particularly wide range of winter sports enthusiasts in terms of ability (from beginner to race-oriented skier) and ski type (freeride, carving, all-mountain, race).

Base treatment and waxing

With the new waxing module, you cover a further service step in the machine. Waxing and brushing out are done in a single machine pass. Save yourself time-consuming, manual waxing and get ride-ready skis straight from the machine.
