Lake Balaton – Hungary’s “sea” – is one of the most beautiful natural regions of Central Europe and a wonderful hiking area. From the 4-star Premium Panorama Hotel Siofok on the southern shore you explore the varied landscape of peninsulas, volcanic hills and vineyards with a local hiking guide.

3 Day 3 · Balatonfüred circuit
Varied hike over Tamás hill with the Jókai lookout tower and grand panorama as well as the romantic Koloska valley with high rock faces.
4 Day 4 · Badacsony with wine tasting
Volcanic hill on the northern shore with basalt columns and vineyards. Basalt St. Stephen's chapel, “Kokapu” rock gorge, Kisfaludy lookout tower, Páholy stone, Ranolder cross, József Egry viewpoint and Bujdosók steps. Finishing with a wine tasting and a traditional Hungarian snack.
