This winter trip offers a comfortable base for real winter with pleasant sub-zero temperatures and ample powder snow. Right outside the accommodation in Beitostølen you can explore groomed winter hiking trails and deep snow – to mountains, hills and frozen streams with fascinating ice formations.
The focus is on three guided snowshoe hikes. The day starts with a hearty breakfast, then after a short briefing you set off together; along the way you stop at a fjellstue or have a picnic. In the afternoon the sauna invites you to relax, and cross-country or alpine ski courses as well as downhill runs can be booked optionally.
The small group of 4 to 8 people stays in comfortable holiday houses with sauna. Board is all-inclusive light (excluding alcoholic drinks and soft drinks). The best travel time is January to February. The trip is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
