Superb service, friendly and above all expert! My daughter and I had ski boots (AquaNovoBoot) “tailor-made” and fitted there. My daughter in particular needs custom-fitted ski boots due to a number of broken bones in her feet. In my case, it was more the mismatch between narrow feet and a stronger calf. Some data and photos were requested in advance, so that only a single appointment was needed. Within about two and a half hours, the ski boots were fitted for both of us. Everything was explained in detail! In between we were offered drinks, and entertaining conversations made the time fly. The longer journey was absolutely worth it; we could take the ski boots away with us straight away. The guarantee of being able to make further adjustments afterwards also gives you confidence that everything can be tried out calmly on the slopes (then you give feedback again). So, all in all: highly recommended! It is also worth taking a look through the extensive range in the well-stocked shop. They advise you gladly and with genuine enthusiasm for the subject. You can feel it.

Thank you for the wonderful professional advice on my new ski boots from the owner Steve Meisel personally (I was there in person on 19/01/2023). At short notice (within 2 days) I still got an appointment, and despite the tight time slot no time was spared on the expert advice & service, and I was able to find the ski boots that were right for me. In addition to the custom-made AquaNovoBoots, you can of course also buy completely “normal ski boots” from the well-known brands in the shop, and these can be nicely fitted too; I was amazed at what is all possible these days. I am definitely very satisfied and recommend the shop!

I went to Sport Meisel to have an Aqua Novo Boot made. The boss looked after me personally and explained everything in detail during the fitting. I was there for 2 hours, but the time passed very quickly thanks to relaxed conversations, and just like that you have a custom ski boot. All the staff were very competent, friendly and likeable, and drinks were offered too, which I find very customer-friendly, since you do need to allow some time for fitting the boots. I also had a ski service done at the same time and basically left with new skis and custom ski boots. I need about 1 hour by car to get there and will definitely come back at least for the ski service. I am VERY satisfied.

At first I was a little sceptical; in the past I had already experimented a lot with boot fitting and had been to several “professionals”. With moderate success. Again and again the boot pinched and my soles started to tingle. Up to then I had been skiing in high-priced Salomon and Head ski boots. Steve convinced me of the AquaNovoBoot and I took the plunge. The fitting was something new for me, but a cool experience. Now, after 3 days on the glacier in the Stubai… WOW! Thank you Steve and thank you AquaNovoBoot. 90 km a day are now easy to manage and my feet are delighted.

Hello, I had my AquaNovoBoots made at the end of January at Sport Meisel in Limbach-Oberfrohna. I was very sceptical at first, because my left leg is very badly swollen due to illness, which means I do not fit into a normal ski boot.
I then got in touch with Sport Meisel and sent a few photos and details about myself by email. A few days later I got my appointment.
Despite a fairly long journey of an hour and a half, the trip was worth it. I was perfectly advised and looked after by Steve Meisel (thank you again for that). After just two hours I had my new ski boots in a perfect fit.
Two weeks later I used my custom ski boots for the first time: I have to say, what an awesome skiing feeling I had after the first day on the slopes. On the second day skiing was even more awesome, as I had set the buckles even more precisely.
The heated ski boot bag is cool too. As recommended, I put the AquaNovoBoots in it in the evening and kept it plugged in overnight, and in the morning I put on the warm boots.
All in all, it has to be said that the investment was definitely worth it, and after my first ski season in the AquaNovoBoots I can give an absolute recommendation to buy.
